Offering an attuned and connected space to come back to yourself and explore what lies beneath
My work is rooted in the belief that our early relationships shape who we are and how we move through the world. I work with adults and young adults, teens, and couples — offering a warm, affirming space for exploration, growth, and healing.
Relational & Developmental Trauma
Relational trauma refers to harm or challenges that occur within relationships — whether in childhood with caregivers and family, or in adult relationships that have left lasting wounds. Developmental trauma specifically refers to these experiences occurring early in life, during critical periods of growth and formation.
Both can be difficult to name and are often cumulative, which is why many people arrive at therapy sensing that something is off in their relationships or their sense of self, without quite knowing why. All of the work I do is informed by a deep understanding of how these experiences shape who we are and how we move through the world.
What I Offer
-
Individual Therapy
I work with adults and young adults navigating the lasting impact of relational trauma, attachment wounds, and relationship struggles. My clients are often curious, self-reflective people who sense that something deeper is getting in the way of how they want to show up in their lives and relationships. Together, we'll explore the patterns rooted in your past that may be showing up in your present, and work towards more ease, connection, and authenticity in your life.
I offer a warm, affirming space for adults of all identities and backgrounds, with particular experience working with queer and trans clients, young adults, and people exploring their identities.
-
Couples and Relationship Therapy
Relationships can be one of the greatest sources of joy in our lives — and one of the greatest sources of pain. I work with couples and partners of all configurations and relationship structures, including queer couples and non-monogamous partnerships. Whether you are navigating conflict, feeling disconnected, or wanting to deepen your connection, I can help.
I draw on Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) to support couples in exploring and understanding the patterns and cycles that show up in their relationship, build more secure connection, and find new ways of showing up for one another.
-
Supervision and Consultation
Supervision I offer individual clinical supervision for therapists working towards licensure in Pennsylvania. I am particularly interested in working with clinicians who are drawn to relational and psychodynamic approaches and who want to incorporate a social justice and political frame into their clinical work. Supervision with me is collaborative, curious, and grounded in the same relational values that inform my work with clients.
Consultation I also offer consultation for licensed therapists seeking support around clinical work, case conceptualization, or incorporating relational and psychodynamic frameworks into their practice. Consultation is available to clinicians anywhere.
